China Hacker Alliance

A hacker league is an organization of hackers, and there are a number of completely legal hacker organizations in Europe and the United States. Hackers are mostly programmers who have a deep understanding of operating systems and programming languages, and are willing to explore the mysteries of operating systems and are good at understanding the vulnerabilities in the system and their causes through exploration.

The term Hacker first originated as a slang term in the American computer world, originally referring to a person who is technically proficient in computer technology, good at drilling into the kernel of an operating system and writing efficient, high-quality programs. Hackers are often highly innovative and exploratory, and they are good at finding loopholes in computer systems and utilizing these loopholes to improve the performance or functionality of computer systems.

In the 1980s, the term hacker began to evolve into a pejorative term that refers to those who use computer technology to carry out illegal activities, such as illegally hacking into computer systems, stealing data, and destroying computer systems.

Hacker's Union Code of Ethics

The Hacker's Union Code of Ethics is a code of conduct that guides the behavior of hackers, and its main elements include:

Always remain loyal to your country and your people.
Always believe that there is no absolute safety, always remain vigilant and exploratory, and not be blindly arrogant.
Hackers are different from hackers and cherish the honorary title of "hacker". We abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and will never commit any illegal or criminal acts through hacking.
Members are under a duty of confidentiality with respect to material undisclosed information obtained in the course of their practice and shall not disclose, pass on or imply to others.
Members shall maintain data obtained in the course of their practice only with authorized consent. When cases are discussed or used for teaching, research, writing, etc., due to professional necessity, compromised and private information that may be identified or inferred from them shall be withheld.
If there is evidence of unethical behavior on the part of another member, there is an obligation to inform the core staff of the China Hackers Union.
Each member shall endeavor to improve its own professional knowledge, actively communicate with other members, and commit itself to improving the overall level of technology in the country.
Individual members shall not have commercial dealings with any organization in the name of China Hacker Alliance.

State of the Hacker's Union

The Hacker's Alliance has evolved through three phases:

First generation (1996-1998): Hackers at this stage are mainly composed of scientific research workers, mechanical workers and so on, who have high cultural quality and computer technology level, and rapidly develop into hackers by virtue of their solid technology and love for the network.
Second generation (1998-2000): Hackers in this phase consist mainly of computer workers, Internet enthusiasts and school students.
Third generation (2000-present): Hackers in this phase consist mainly of school students, whose skill level and cultural quality are far from the previous two generations.

State of the Hacker's Union

At present, hacker alliances exist all over the world, but their development is not the same. In Europe and the United States and other countries, hacker alliances are often legitimate organizations, and they are mainly engaged in network security technology research, network security management and other work. In our country, hacker alliance also exists, but its development situation is not optimistic. At present, China's hacker alliance is mainly composed of school students, whose technical level and cultural quality are uneven, and among them, there is no lack of hackers who utilize hacking technology to carry out illegal activities.

Reflections on the Hacker's Union

Hacker alliance is an important product of the development of computer technology, and its existence has both positive and negative significance. On the one hand, hacker alliance has made an important contribution to the development of network security technology, and they have discovered and repaired the vulnerabilities in computer systems and improved the security of computer systems.
